Meet The Charleston, a grand Southern home that takes your thoughts to cobblestone-paved boulevards, horse-drawn carriages and charming homes. Inspired by customer Erica Millner's 2022 Creatin' Contest entry, which won her a First Time Entrant award, we custom-designed this unfinished kit. Our goal was to replicate as many authentic architectural details as possible and we are thrilled with the results. A unique feature of many Charleston homes is that their design maximizes lot space, so the streetside view is narrow, while the dramatic Colonial façade with columns and symmetrical windows, faces the side. 24"W (street-facing side) x 30-1/2"H x 33"D

• 12 windows with shutters plus 3 attic windows in the gables
• Central halls on each floor, which each open to two interior rooms, plus another small room on the main floor; staircases are included

• Crawl space that can be accessed by a hinged door; with faux vent on the street-facing side
