Delivery and Payment Method

Once you confirm your order, we will contact you by phone to verify your information and answer all your questions. Your rug will then be carefully packed and shipped in optimal conditions for delivery to your door within 48 hours.

Payment is due upon delivery, in cash, with the option to inspect the rug before payment. This service is entirely free and valid only in Morocco.

For orders outside Morocco, payment must be made in advance. Once payment is received, we will proceed with shipping your order.
