12" Ultimate Carbon Steel Wok

Meet our new flame, the Five Two carbon steel wok. It can take the heat (and any recipe you throw its way). High-temp cooking is its middle name—it’s lighter weight than cast iron and more long-lasting than nonstick, with plenty of perks under its lid. As one of the top pieces our community wanted to see added to our cookware crew, our wok will work ‘round-the-clock on everything from classic stir-fries to softly scrambled eggs. It comes pre-seasoned, and equipped with a few handy extras like a tempura rack that folds into a steamer, and a glass lid, so you can keep an eye on what’s cooking.

Pre-seasoned, this wok develops a nonstick patina with use: the more you cook the more nonstick it gets.
